Our members are proud of the quality of the cars they rent and the customer service they provide.
In the unlikely event that there is an issue with either, you should endeavour to resolve your complaint directly with your car rental company. Members of the Car Rental Council of Ireland are committed to resolving complaints quickly and amicably.
If this approach does not resolve your complaint satisfactorily, you are welcome to send details of your complaint, with the rental reference number, any supporting documentation, and a copy of the company’s response, to this email address and the Car Rental Council will seek to resolve the complaint on your behalf:
